What can kids teach us about sharing the wealth?

By Oxfam

Children from around the world demonstrate how to tackle inequality.

We placed plates of tempting desserts in unequal portions in front of children from around the world and asked them to show us what equal portions would look like. Each group of children came to the conclusion that if they shared their desserts, there would be enough to go around for everyone.

If kids can figure out how to share, why can't we adults?

Our new report, "Reward Work, Not Wealth," reveals how the global economy enables the wealthy elite to capture vast wealth while hundreds of millions of people struggle to survive. We are calling on governments and international institutions to recognize the negative impact our current economic system is having on the world's poor and to develop more human economies that prioritize gretaer eqaulity.

Join us to fight inequality and beat poverty for good.
