She is an inspiration to me and everyone else around her.
My mom works at the Center for Service and Action and Loyola Marymount University. She has been working there for 15 years and has created such a change in the world. She has gone on so many service trips and has an incredible understanding of the world. She is my inspiration and inspires everyone else around her. In her mind, everyone else is more important, so I want to recognize the incredible things she does to make a difference. She is a huge social justice advocate and is an active volunteer in working with the impoverished. She works with an organization called St. Margaret's Center that works with the poor. She has worked for countless years with the organization to put on a Christmas program that allows the less fortunate to celebrate Christmas just like those who are lucky enough to receive gifts. I am grateful to my incredible mother for giving me the opportunity to follow in her footsteps and change the world.
